School-Year Class Registration
Welcome! Kaiwa Art and Play Space is offering a diverse schedule of classes
to spark children's creative inquiry into a broad range of artistic materials and topics, learn skills spanning the arts, humanities, sciences, and technology, and engage students' curiosity about challenges and opportunities facing our world. Children will be inspired to develop and grow a personal creative process through fun and challenging prompts, exposure to the uses of various materials, discussion of history, science, and technology, and freedom to experiment. Art is an essential part of the human experience and brings joy and wonder into our lives. Art surprises us, asks us questions, and highlights our shared experiences alongside our differences, encouraging empathy and understanding among people. Through a fun and emergent curriculum, students will strengthen problem solving skills, critical thinking, emotional literacy, experimentation and mastery with materials, and collaboration with peers.
